Avoid fad diets in the most they will leave you feeling starved and drained.  Eat balanced meals. Limit the hours you spend lying in the sun trying to get a tan before your wedding day. The ultraviolet rays are extremely harsh and harmful.  If you feel you do need to than always make sure you use a sun screen to protect your skin.

Don’t neglect yourself. Treat yourself to a massage or spa treatment. Time spent pampering yourself will not only leave you feeling relaxed but it will also give you a chance to balance your mind, body and soul. Let a massage therapist knead all the tension out of your body with exotic, aromatic oils and soothing music. Visualise yourself walking serenely down the aisle towards the man of your dreams, feeling and knowing you look radiant and stunning!
