Wedding Day Coordination Designing Weddings offers wedding day coordination for your special day. This service includes contacting all the vendors that you’ve lined up for your wedding day to ensure everyone is on the same page. From that point, we work closely with you and your DJ to establish a timeline for your reception as well as your lineup for introductions.
In addition, the evening before, we
run your rehearsal, making sure that your wedding party and family members know exactly what to expect for the ceremony. On your wedding day, we arrive on site early to ensure the vendors are arriving and setting up in a timely manner. We check in with you, the bride, for any last minute instructions, choreograph your ceremony as rehearsed and then stay until the end of the reception making sure that things run smoothly and that everything makes it to it’s proper destination at the end of the day. Officiant Services Designing Weddings also offers officiant services. We are certified by the State of Florida to perform your ceremony if you so desire. We can offer several different ceremony ideas or you may choose to give us one that you have found or customized. The ceremony that we perform is the one that you have chosen just for your day. **While Designing Weddings doesn’t offer full service planning, we are, at no charge, happy to refer you to any vendors that you may need. We do not offer or take discounts for referrals as we only refer professionals who have proven to be just that - “professionals” in their field with outstanding service. It’s your day and you’re expecting perfection, so expect professional vendors. |
